Our Field Services Division has on-site services to keep your operation running smoothly and efficiently with a minimum of downtime. Our skilled technicians will work with your staff or handle maintenance and repair projects on a turnkey basis.
Exline Field Services Division
 offers services from minor inspections to major complete turnkey overhauls on all makes and types of large stationary engines and compressors. Exline employs full-time skilled mechanics and machinists capable of multiple crews and multiple jobs all across the United States.

Mechanical Crews
working on-site at our customer locations, Exline has the support of our major full service repair machine shop. Crews are equipped with all major overhaul tools. Field Machinists provide on site machining when the parts can not come to the shop.

Mechanical Machinists,
 including managers, are skilled and have been safety trained and updated annually. On-site safety meetings with our crews are held on a regular basis.

Transportation of Engine and Compressors Components
 in need of repairs can be sent to our shop and returned during the same overhaul turnaround.

We perform major overhauls and partial overhauls on large engines, compressors, generating units, and other industrial equipment.

 Undersize and polish crank journals, and straightening.

Flywheel-To-Shaft Fit
Machine crankshaft/ flywheel in place and reinstall.

Line Boring
Crankcase, saddle, and crankshaft alignment, mill cap landings.

Liner-To-Block Seat
Repair seal and seat fit.

Wire-Line Alignment
Measure alignment of crankshaft and camshaft bearing bores.

Block Repair
Repair cracks using "Lock n Stitch"crack repair.

Optics
 Measure alignment of engine and compressor frames.

Printing Presses
 Rebuild bearing surfaces, resize shaft housings, restore cylinders. Machine frame bearing fits.

Mechanical/ Hydraulic Presses
 Major/ minor rebuild cylinders and pistons. Repair or replace worn parts. Extensive component restoration capabilities.
