Full-time, Remote - Salina, KS 67401
The Technical Sales/Support is responsible for managing the relationship between Exline, Incorporated and its customer accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers personnel across several functions. Identify opportunities for sales and margin growth and provide guidance to leadership and other internal functions to help align company resources in a way that creates value for Exline’s and its strategic accounts. Assisting with Field support and Quotation of projects
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Meet with customers to determine future needs.
2. Other duties as assigned by manager.
3. Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
4. Clean driving record within the last 3 years.
5. Willing to work in a team with no supervision.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Continue training and education of working product line.
2. Extensive knowledge of PLC and microprocessor-based equipment.
3. Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
4. Maintain customer relations.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other relevant, technical field experience required.
2. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales of highly engineering products required.
Independent Action:
Ability to work independently.
Working Conditions:
Ability to travel. This position requires extensive travel, 90-95%.
Physical Requirements:
Involves long periods of sitting in a vehicle, at a desk and working on a computer. Exerting 10 pounds of force occasionally and or negligible amount of force frequently.
