Exline Incorporated Acquires ProBalance®, ProBalance® Plus Engine Balance Monitor, and Snapshot® Engine Balancer

Salina, Kansas – July 21, 2025 – Exline Incorporated, a leading innovator and solutions provider in the gas compression industry, today announced the successful acquisition of the ProBalance®, ProBalance® Plus Engine Balance Monitor, and Snapshot® Engine Balancer product lines and their associated trademarks from Machinery Monitoring Systems, LLC. This strategic acquisition expands Exline's portfolio in the Midstream and Downstream segments and further strengthens its position in the reciprocating natural gas engine compression industry.
The acquisition of the ProBalance® Engine Monitoring System, a continuous power cylinder pressure monitoring system; the ProBalance® Plus system, an upgradeable solution that automatically balances an engine to designed parameters without the need for equipment operators to be present; and the Snapshot® Engine Balancer, a portable analyzer for slow-speed, natural gas fueled engine balancing, will allow Exline to continue to provide our customers with technology and solutions that deliver improved efficiency and performance, reduced emissions, consistency in operations, and enhanced reliability of balanced combustion in natural gas two- and four-stroke engines.
