Our capabilities include manufacturing new or reconditioning Heat Mixer Vessels, Cool Mixer Vessels, and Mixing Blades.

- Our process includes inspections, measurement, fixturing and CAD to ensure proper fit.Interior liner bottoms are machined to provide exacting tolerances of blade fit and vortex movement. Liners are polished to minimize any compound adhesion.
- Exline, Inc. offers the exclusive DuraCoat® process applied as a wear-resistant coating which is proven to extend the life of the vessel liner walls which are susceptible to erosion from compounds.
- Exline offers replacement components for all popular makes/models.
Mixer Blades
Mixing Blades
Exline can manufacture new OEM specification mixing blades for your Heat Mixer or Cool Mixer Vessels, or we can re-condition your existing mixing blades.
- Our process includes inspection, non-destructive testing for cracks, and documentation. Measurements are taken to ensure that the proper pitch and angles are duplicated. Blades are balanced and polished to ensure proper operation and blade geometry.
- Exline, Inc offers the exclusive DuraCoat® process applied as a wear resistant coating to prolong service life.
